Track who has signed your policies
Find every signature, see who is still outstanding, and turn on the emails that chase for you. This is the evidence pack an inspector asks for.
We're recording this one. The written walkthrough below covers every step.
What you will do
Find the status of every sign-off, open a signature, and set up the reminders that chase for you.
The Responses tab
Every sign-off lands in one place: open Library, then the Responses tab.
There is one row per person per document, with columns for Employee, Document, Status, Sent, Responded and Deadline. Search by staff name, email or document when the list gets long.
An accepted row shows the signed name. Select View Response to see the signature itself with its timestamp.
Pending means sent and not yet answered.
Declined means they said no. Follow that up in person.
The headline version
Your Dashboard carries the summary. The Compliance Review card shows one acknowledgement rate and four counts underneath: Accepted, Pending, Declined and Overdue.
Awaiting Response names the people who still owe you a signature. When it reads that all employees have responded, you are done.
Manage takes you back to your staff list to chase.
Let the reminders chase for you
Go to Account, then the Preferences tab, and turn on two toggles:
Employee acknowledgements emails you when staff respond.
Review date reminder emails warns you before a policy is due for review.
There is no reminder button inside the app. Reminders are these automatic emails, which is deliberate: chasing should not depend on a manager remembering to click something.
What an inspector sees
This is the evidence pack. For any policy, you can show who received it, when they received it, when they signed, and the signature itself. That is a stronger answer than a training matrix with ticks in it.
